The following post outlines the steps to post a recipe.

Steps

1. Login to http://www.arkdos.org.  If you have not registered you will not be able to post recipes.
2. After you have login into the site click the Forums menu
3. Next click on the Recipes Forum
4. This will provide the New Thread Button at the top.
5. Click the New Thread button.
6. The subject should contain the name of the recipe.
7. The body will include the ingredients.
8. Last step is to click update.

To reply to a post or recipe click on the post and it reply.
