River Bottom Baked Corn
1 Can cream styled corn
1 can whole kernel corn
½ can corn meal
1 tsp garlic salt
2 cups shredded cheese
1 tsp baking powder
¼ cup oil
2 eggs beaten
1 can chopped green chilies
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
Combine corn, corn meal, garlic salt, cheese’ baking powder, and oil together in a 10” Dutch oven. Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes.
