CHOLOLATE CARMEL NUT CAKE
1 GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX
1 SMALL BAG Kraft carmels
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 stick butter
½ cup milk
1cup chocolate chip morsels
Prepare cake mix as box directions say, and pour ½ on mix into dutch oven. Bake for 20 minutes at 350º. While the first half of the cake is baking , combine the carmels, butter, and milk together and melt them. After the first 20 minutes are over pour the carmel mix over the cake and add the chopped nuts and chocolate chips. Cover with the rest of the cake mix and bake for another 20 minutes or till a toothpick comes out clean.
If you want to ice this cake here is an easy one.
8 oz Crème cheese
4 tablespoons coco powder
½ stick butter
3 cups powdered sugar
Melt everything together and blend till smooth
