| PIZZA CASSEROLE 1 ½ lbs ground meat 1 cup chopped onions 1 cup chopped green pepper 2 cloves garlic minced 16 oz spaghettic sauce 8 oz Mozzarella cheese Topping; 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon oil 2 eggs 1 cup flour ½ teaspoon salt ½ cup Parmesan cheese Preheat 12”Dutch oven. Brown ground meat; drain now stir in onion, pepper, garlic, spaghetti sauce..simmer for 10 minutes. In a mixing bowl, combine milk, oil, and eggs. Beat to mix then add in the flour and salt, beat another couple of minutes. Pour meat mixture into Dutch oven; top with mozzarella. Pour topping over cheese covering completely. Sprinkle with the Parmesan. Bake at 400º for 25-30 minutes until the topping has puffed and turned golden brown. |
