You will need:
Two 12" Dutch Ovens Butter One Red Bell Pepper One Green Bell Pepper 10 to 12 Mushrooms One Zucchini One Yellow Squash Two or three fresh tomatoes Fresh Green Beans Cavendars spice One box of your favorite Rice Mix Mozzarella cheese
In first dutch oven, prepare rice according to instructions using enough coals on bottom to bring to a boil. When it boils, put lid on oven and transfer coals to lid, leaving 4 to 5 on bottom.
Slice all vegetables.
Place 2nd dutch oven on top of the first
Melt butter and saute all veggies except tomatoes, adding Cavendars to taste.
When the rice is done, layer the sliced tomatoes on rice, spread the sauteed veggies on next, and put cheese on top. Load the top of oven with coals to melt/brown the cheese.
Of course you can use any veggies or spices you want, and you can also add a layer of sliced, grilled chicken, beef or pork.
