I know it may be a little late in getting this out, but camping is available at Willow Beach Park.  They have about 20 RV sites with electrical and water hook-ups.  Willow Beach is a Corps of Engineers park located on the Arkansas River north of Scott just off Highway 165.  Follow the signs.  Higgi
