This weekend my cooking group , the Redneck Gourmets will be cooking for a funraiser for a scholarship fund in Mayflower at camp Robinson Wildlife Demonstration Range.  We all got together years ago thru the Ark Bowhunters and later on found out that each of us cooked in black pots and no one else knew.  This marks the 6 th year that we have got together and cooked at the ABA's State tourment to raise money for a Scholarship that the ABA funds.  We usually have around 15-20 pots and feed anywhere from 40-70 people.   It has sort of become a traditon we have a lot of the members to come and eat Dutch oven cooking for the only time each year..  This year one of our guys, Higgi, will not be able to make it so it will be just the 3 of us, myself, Deno, and the Stepchild.  We are still  gonna have at least 15 pots cooking.

I am cooking  a corn pudding, beer potatoes, toothless tender deersteak, Red deer enchilada casserolle, and a Glazed Oreo cookie Cake.  I will try to post some pictures next week.
