Anyone cooking in their DO's this weekend?

I am, well, sort of. I recently had surgery on my arm again (third time's charm, I hope). Dr's orders: Lots of TV, No Housework, and No Cooking. We will be camping at Lonesome D Horse Camp. My daughter offered to do the cooking if I furnished the recipes and food. Can't beat that. I will be giving orders to a budding DO cook who wants to try out her new Camp Chef 12 in. I am looking forward to it. My two meals for the weedend will be Pigs in a Cornfield (picture of my recent trial run in the pictires section), with Peach Crisp for desert, and Mexican Breakfast Eggs (my version similar to Phyllis Speer's). Everyone have a great weekend and keep the coals hot.

I will fire some up , just don't know what yet. Last week I did a Fresh Dewberry Cobbler that I adpated down to my new 6" Lodge that turned out great. Thinking about doing a Boston butt in one and I have a couple of new bread recipes that I need to try out. so we will see how things turn out,
